Get ready to experience a journey of building your self confidence, fitness, strength & endurance. Bella's Pole Studio classes are a perfect mix of strengthening, toning, stretching & cardio, all for a phenomenal full body workout. We build your strength gradually by incorporating strength & flexibility training into the floor work portion of all our levels of classes. All classes are designed for women ONLY & are for all ages (must be over 18), shapes, sizes and fitness levels. There are 8 week courses, mini term classes (4 weeks), casual drop-in classes, private training and free information sessions (week 8 of each term). We have beginner, intermediate and advanced classes to help you grow from one level to the next. Classes are housed in a beautiful dance studio in Morisset (easily located off the F3 freeway). We promise a safe, non-sexual environment with no spectators or nudity. Our classes are great fun & overall, enable you to empower yourself!

Bounce Street Dance Studios, was established by owner Brodie Rees in 2006 and offers hip hop and street dance classes to people of all ages and fitness levels. Bounce provides a relaxed and social atmosphere where students will get a fantastic work out for the mind and body.

Capoeira Aruanda run regular capoeira lessons for all levels, as well as beginners acrobatics courses. Our studio is conveniently located withing a short walk from central station. Capoeira is an exciting mix of martial arts, dance & acrobatics all to the beat of Afro-Brazilian rhythms. Its a great way to get fit & have fun.
